Job description

Renoa is seeking a Sales Representative in Lahti to help homeowners prevent damages and extend the lifespan of their properties by ensuring necessary plumbing, sewage, or electrical renovations are performed. The role is independent and mobile, requiring persistence and discipline to achieve results through customer acquisition. New employees enter a 12-week sales training programme to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. The position offers a motivating, supportive team environment with opportunities for career advancement into management or training roles.

Compensation

Compensation is commission based. For the first six months, a guaranteed minimum salary of 1,600 €/month is provided, along with tax-free allowances for per diems and mileage. Typical earnings with basic activity range from 3,000 to 4,500 €/month, with no upper salary cap.
