Cloud Protection by WithSecure is seeking a Solution Consultant to scale our CPSF efforts across Europe. You will be the technical counterpart to the sales teams, delivering compelling demonstrations and aligning solutions with customer needs.

The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, with strong knowledge of IT environments and Salesforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives and ensure long-term value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailored presentations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions.
• Design and execute proofs of concepts (POCs).
• Oversee onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Drive customer success and value realization.
