Job summary

Columbia Road is a go-to consulting partner helping businesses sell better by building seamless customer journeys and measurable impact. You’ll work directly with clients in autonomous teams blending software, design, and marketing to drive business outcomes.

As a Salesforce developer, you’ll automate processes, enhance existing solutions, and grow toward full-stack capabilities within a Salesforce-centric ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
• Apex and SOQL expertise; Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with modern web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in consulting, digital commerce or sales/marketing processes valued but not required.
• Authorized to work in Finland or Sweden; relocation not supported.

Responsibilities

• Advise, design and implement the tech to drive the client business.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce-based solutions to achieve business impact.
• Grow into a full-stack Salesforce developer, evaluating when custom development is needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing) on Salesforce projects.
• Work across Experience Cloud, Sales, Service Clouds, CPQ and integrations.
