Rajobit Oy in Finland helps accounting firms automate routines, reduce manual work, and free up time for strategic tasks.
As Sales Manager you will own the full sales process from first conversation to signing, pursue new business, and collaborate with marketing and product.
This remote-first role requires strong Finnish and English, a consultative mindset, and the ability to articulate business value with data and HubSpot insights; 2–3 on-site Helsinki meetings monthly.
Here's the deal: at Rajobit, we are on a mission to improve business efficiency by automating manual routines using a variety of technologies. Our goal is to help accounting firms, CFOs, Finance Directors and other financial administration professionals get rid of repetitive manual work, freeing up valuable time for more strategic tasks.
And guess what? We are a growth company. That's where you come in. We are on the lookout for a new Sales Manager to join our Commercial team and be part of our exciting journey! We are a remote-first company, but believe in the value of spending time together in person. We typically meet 2-3 times a month in the Helsinki region. The time, place and day are always agreed together to make sure they work for everyone.
Do your eyes sparkle at the thought of engaging in sales and discussing the development needs of clients' businesses? Is acquiring new clients a role you'd thrive in?
We want to remove manual tasks from the world and give our customers the tools to work smarter, not harder. You'll be offering clients genuinely value-adding solutions that help them optimise their operations, improve quality and reduce the risks caused by manual work.
In your role, you'll explore business development and automation opportunities especially within accounting firms. You'll work with both opportunities generated through our digital channels and your own proactive prospecting, taking ownership of the sales process from the first conversation all the way to a signed deal.
You'll be comfortable selling solutions where the value may not always be obvious to the customer at first. Your ability to ask the right questions, uncover needs and turn challenges around manual work, risk, quality and efficiency into a clear business case will be key to your success.
Experience in selling software or solutions within accounting industry will be a strong advantage. However, you don't need to be an accountant yourself. What matters more is your curiosity and ability to understand how our customers work, recognise opportunities for automation and communicate the business value in a clear and compelling way. Existing networks within the accounting industry are naturally a plus.
You'll also work closely with our marketing and product. We expect you to actively bring customer and market insights back to the team and contribute to how we develop our products, messaging and commercial approach. We are a small team, so your input really matters.
We are looking for people who want to take responsibility and grow with us. You'll receive coaching in your role and a genuine opportunity to develop. We're a team that works together, and joining us is easy!

And one tip from us: while using AI is more than welcome (we use it too!), we'd still much rather hear your voice than your preferred AIs. Personality is definitely allowed to show.
