Job summary

Crown Roofing Ltd. is seeking a motivated Junior Foreman to join our site team across Finland on a rotational basis. You will assist in supervising roofing, cladding and façade installation works, learning how to lead on-site activities safely and efficiently under the Site Manager guidance.

You will work with site teams, subcontractors and project management to develop supervisory and leadership skills, with clear progression toward a Foreman role on major building envelope projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, ideally roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope.
• Experience leading small teams on site is advantageous.
• Good understanding of construction Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis across Finland.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day supervision of site activities.
• Support planning and coordination of labour resources.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to Site Manager.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and per H&S procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the site.
• Assist with site inductions and ensure operatives comply with site requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.
• Carry out quality inspections and report defects.
• Maintain site records including diaries and delivery docs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to support delivery.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs and standards.
• Support Programme delivery and daily site coordination.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
