Job summary

Mestarit Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy is seeking a motivated renovation construction foreman to strengthen the Helsinki metropolitan area's renovation team. You will oversee end-to-end projects with your own crew, combining supervision, project coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include daily site leadership, coordinating resources, ensuring quality and safety compliance, monitoring schedules and budgets, and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in renovation construction.
• Experience as supervisor for 1-2 projects is a plus but not essential.
• Suitable construction field education.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure with a solution-oriented, responsible approach.
