Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to oversee all roofing activities on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. You will report to the Project Manager and ensure work is safe, on schedule and of the highest quality.

You will lead subcontractors and site teams, coordinating labour and materials while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards. Rotation across Finland is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing systems and building envelope installations.
• Experience leading subcontractors and site teams.
• Solid understanding of health and safety in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Experience with data centre or mission-critical projects is desirable.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all roofing works on site.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Ensure works are completed in line with programme, specifications and quality standards.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety.
• Coordinate labour, materials and plant to meet project milestones.
• Carry out quality inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and Quality team to ensure successful project delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all roofing activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
