Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Helsinki seeks a Retail Hospitality Support to warmly welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional brand journey during the December to January peak period. You will help manage client flow, maintain impressive store visuals, and support Client Advisors to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

Availability required from December through the end of January, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week. As a Retail Hospitality Support, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will initiate each client's journey with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding clients through our store, understanding their needs, and directing them appropriately.

Recruitment process
