Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Sokos OULU seeks a Beauty Consultant (20h/week) to promote the Dior Brand and values with passion. You will deliver a high-standard customer experience and help achieve defined sales targets while representing the Dior image.

You will work closely with store staff and, when needed, with retailer freelancers, under the Field Manager. The role requires retail or luxury service experience and strong cosmetics knowledge, plus fluent English and mandatory Finnish language.

Your Impact

Within the Retail Department, the Beauty Consultant (20h/week, from August until end of November 2027) in Sokos OULU is responsible for promoting with passion the Dior Brand and Values. As a member of the Dior team, she or he demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times. This role is crucial for providing an unforgettable client experience with high standard of service and achieving defined sales targets while promoting the brand image. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including other team members and, when needed, with retailer’s staff or free‑lancers. Reporting to the Field Manager, our Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador.

• Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.

• Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.

• Respect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines

Profil

• Preferably a previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury (2 years). Ideally a proven track record in excelling retail results & of working within a luxury retail environment.
