Responsibilities

• Lead PPC and affiliate managers, set KPIs and testingRoadmaps.
• Own acquisition budgets, optimize CAC/ROAS and forecast performance.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns, bidding strategies, and targeting.
• Negotiate partnerships and manage affiliate networks for growth.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across platforms.
• Mentor a remote, distributed team and drive scalable processes.
