Job summary

Vahva is seeking a Growth Lead to own all growth levers across paid, referrals, partnerships, content, PR, and community. You’ll report directly to the CEO and decide how fast to grow, with a budget that scales with results.

You’ll build and streamline the funnel from touch to signup and to customer, and you’ll be the builder of a future growth team. You’ll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced Helsinki-based role, taking ownership with autonomy and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow a consumer business quickly with verifiable metrics.
• Experience across paid, viral and partnership channels.
• Hands-on doer who can work without external agencies.
• Ability to read numbers and report what works within a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across paid, referrals, partnerships, content, PR, community, and guerrilla tactics.
• Run paid acquisition across channels and set up measurement in the first week.
• Turn referrals into a viral loop to drive new signups.
• Close growth partnerships that generate thousands of leads and convert them to customers.
• Own the funnel from first touch to signup to customer, and test creatives, messaging, pages and offers.
• Build lifecycle automation in HubSpot to convert leads into signups and signups into customers.
