Job summary

Jobgether partners with Growth Agency in Finland to recruit a Google Ads Media Buyer for worldwide campaigns. You will own paid advertising strategies for DTC brands, managing Google Ads end-to-end from planning to optimization.

You will focus on profitability, run campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max, test creatively, analyze data, and communicate results to clients. This role is remote with EU-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably for DTC eCommerce.
• Fluent English with professional client interaction.
• Profit-focused advertising strategies beyond vanity metrics.
• Experience with Google Ads types: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Interest in GTM, GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, ownership-driven work style.
• Growth mindset and willingness to receive feedback.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• EU time-zone availability or alignment with EU hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end: strategy, budgets, execution, optimization, and client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies aimed at sustainable profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with the feed management specialist.
• Conduct testing, write compelling ad copy, and implement testing frameworks.
• Analyze campaign performance beyond in-platform metrics and translate into actions.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Communicate developments and insights to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain notes from strategy discussions and seek feedback.
• Own results and refine approaches through experimentation.
