Jobgether is partnering with a fast-growing social content agency to hire a Founders Associate based in Finland. The role involves working directly with the founder, owning strategic projects across sales, operations, marketing, and business development in a fully remote setup.

You will build processes, drive growth initiatives, and help teams collaborate effectively as the business scales, with significant autonomy from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.
• Take independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.

• Research new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to support strategy.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical efficiency solutions.
• Support customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other business-critical activities.
