KoBold Metals is seeking a Senior Engineering & Integration Manager to lead the Mingomba copper project from design through construction. You will hold technical authority, govern multi-disciplinary engineering work, and drive rigorous design reviews with the EPCM and contractors.

The role emphasizes constructability, operability, and value engineering, with international travel and a focus on delivering a safe, operable, and maintainable facility for a world-class mining project.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of professional engineering experience in major capital projects.
• Lead engineering authority on owner's side for large mining projects.
• Experience delivering FEED to mechanical completion.
• Strong multi-discipline technical foundation across civil/structural, mechanical, process, electrical.

Responsibilities

• Hold and exercise design authority for KoBold across all disciplines.
• Direct EPCM and specialist contractor technical performance.
• Lead constructability reviews and operability assessments.
• Own the engineering data, quality, and handover framework.
• Build and lead a high-performing KoBold engineering team.
