We are now looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Plant Engineering team within Plant Solution Delivery, Mineral Business Area.
In this key role, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the delivery of complex minerals processing plant projects around the world. You will be responsible for guiding engineering execution from project initiation through delivery, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As Engineering Manager, you will work closely with customers, project managers, partners, and suppliers while leading a team of Chief Engineers and Design Leads across multiple engineering disciplines. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a critical role in the successful execution of our projects and the continued development of Metso's industry-leading plant solutions.
