Job summary

Leybold is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and strong customer insight. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications include an engineering or science degree, fluency in Spanish and English, plus knowledge of Basque as a plus. Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience and willingness to travel are required; autonomy and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross, up, and repeat sales.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies leveraging technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
