Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Business Development Manager for SevenRooms at its Kamppi HQ, Helsinki. You will engage restaurants and hospitality groups in Finland, drive new business, and manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and retention.

You will join a small, hands-on team, build a sales pipeline, perform demos, and become a trusted advisor while embracing ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology sales, BD, or account management.
• Hospitality or restaurant background is a big plus.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, comfortable presenting.
• Self-driven and able to work independently (office or remote).
• Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or Outreach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline across Finland.
• Showcase SevenRooms via demos and client conversations.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Manage and grow accounts post-sale for retention.
• Be a trusted partner and advisor to clients.
• Collaborate in a small team with broad ownership.
