Lever, Inc. is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) to guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment. This remote, 40-hour-per-week contractor role involves telehealth scheduling, kit completion, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You'll manage a high-volume caseload, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in Salesforce, and deliver timely, empathetic support to patients from purchase through manufacturing handoff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer or patient support, healthcare/telehealth a plus.
• Experience de-escalating difficult conversations (cancellations, refunds, billing).
• Strong organization and time-management for high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent written English and clear verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in documentation of patient information.
• Empathetic, patient-first communication style under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with internal teams.
• HIPAA familiarity or experience handling sensitive health data preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Comfort with Salesforce and cloud-based tools.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and handoff to manufacturing.
• Manage caseload of 100+ patients, prioritize daily activities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Guide completion and return of impression kits and follow up.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, billing concerns with de-escalation procedures.
• Route medical questions to the clinical team; do not give medical advice.
• Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce.
• Protect HIPAA privacy and PHI handling.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with leadership.
• Deliver services professionally within timelines and guidelines.
