Eaton Electrical Ltd seeks a Senior Modular Data Center Opportunity Manager to coordinate the end-to-end opportunity pipeline across Europe. You will work with regional sales, tendering, design, engineering and external partners to ensure disciplined execution and timely updates.

This role emphasizes pipeline quality, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, engineering-driven environment. Remote work across Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales Operations or a related field.
• Strong track record of coordinating technically complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects (bid/tender, PM, or program management).
• A combination of technical and commercial experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, prioritize and track modular data center opportunities with regional sales.
• Coordinate across Sales, Tendering, Design, Engineering, Product Application Engineering and Business Units.
• Maintain transparent opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other Eaton tools, challenging data quality and next steps.
