Eaton is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale datacenter projects in the EMEA region. You will manage design, procurement, construction, and handover, coordinating customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure scope, cost, and risk remain in control.

Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience is required, ideally in datacenters or major industrial projects with automation and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with data centre projects; experience in large industrial projects with automation and controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project execution from PO to handover, including design, procurement, and implementation for electrical/automation projects.
• Build and manage project teams; organize kick-off and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and maintain schedules, risk registers, and proactive mitigation plans.
• Control costs and margins, manage variations, and provide forecasts.
• Serve as single on-site contact for SAT, commissioning, safety, and delivery success.
