Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Vantaa campus is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site operations for cutting-edge data center projects in the EMEA region. You will coordinate Eaton teams and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and represent the Project Manager on site.

The role requires experience in installation and commissioning, electrical works on construction sites, and familiarity with data center projects, along with strong leadership and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in installation and commissioning on construction sites.
• Experience managing electrical works on medium to large-scale construction sites.
• Experience in Data Center projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors).
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.
• Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager.
• Lead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordination.
• Monitor progress, resources, and performance.
• Provide regular updates and highlight risks.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify and document additional work or scope changes.

What you’ll do

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.

• Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors)
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards
• Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager
