Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline across Europe, from early customer engagement through tendering, working with Data Centre Sales, Tendering, Engineering and external partners to ensure alignment and disciplined execution.

This remote role emphasizes pipeline transparency in Salesforce, qualification of opportunities, risk prioritization and timely follow-up, requiring strong program-management and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales Operations or a related field.
• Proven experience coordinating technically complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects.
• Combination of technical and commercial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify, qualify, prioritize and track modular data center opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce and other Eaton tools, challenge data quality and next steps.
• Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates.
• Facilitate tender activities and alignment across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners.
• Track milestones and ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement in opportunity management.
