Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline from early engagement to tendering. You will work with Data Centre Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering and external partners to qualify, prioritize and progress opportunities.

This remote European role requires strong program management, CRM discipline and the ability to influence stakeholders; you will maintain pipeline transparency in Salesforce and help drive disciplined

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sales operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating technically complex, multi‑stakeholder opportunities or projects.
• Combination of technical and commercial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to identify and track modular data center opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and other tools, and highlight risks and next steps.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates for leadership.
• Facilitate tender activities and collaboration with external partners and customers.
• Drive timely follow‑up and issue resolution across opportunities.
• Continuously improve opportunity management processes and reporting for transparency and execution.
