Job summary

OEM Finland Oy is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to cover the Turku area, focusing on electromechanics and thermal management products. The role involves maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new customers, with a ready-made sales area to develop alongside product managers.

You will spend most weeks in meetings, preparing offers, and driving projects for the product areas. The position offers hybrid work with two remote days and a dynamic team in an international environment.

Qualifications

• A self-motivated and active approach to sales work.
• Good interaction skills and customer-oriented thinking.
• Ability to quickly understand the customer's needs.
• Desire to develop and take responsibility for your own area.
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• Experience in industrial automation and/or electrical engineering is a plus.
• A suitable technical or commercial educational background is a plus.
• Technical sales is already familiar to you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers and acquire new customers.
• Create offers and manage projects related to electromechanics and thermal management products.
• Develop the assigned sales area with support from product managers.
• Meetings with customers and promoting products.
• Travel as required to cover the Western Finland sales area.
