Job summary

Avedo GmbH in Finland is seeking a Finnish-speaking outbound sales professional to join our project as an Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (m/f/d). You will call existing customers with outstanding loans and present an insurance product designed to cover the remaining debt.

This is a 100% remote freelance role with remote training and onboarding from day one. You should have outbound sales or banking/insurance experience and be fluent in Finnish and English, with good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Finnish-speaking and fluent in English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance.
• Qualifications to offer and arrange insurance in the Finnish market as required.
• Responsible, customer-focused approach to sales.
• Confident and professional on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately.
• Understand customer situations and discuss whether the product meets their needs.
• Explain benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions.
• Document conversations and outcomes as required.
• Follow rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection.
