Job summary

Jobgether, through a partner, seeks an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations in Finland to support critical banking applications, monitor systems, and ensure secure, reliable performance.

You will investigate incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues, automate processes, and improve service delivery. Strong analytical skills and ITSM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or operations within an enterprise/financial services environment.
• Solid incident and problem management knowledge and ITSM processes.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured troubleshooting.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective measures to improve application reliability.
• Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot application errors in coordination with developers, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor banking applications and IT systems; optimize monitoring processes and pursue automation opportunities.
• Configure and administer banking applications, including OpenLease, per business requirements.
• Provide first- and second-level application support and contribute to major incident management and communications.
• Process user access requests and manage permissions in line with security policies.
• Document investigations, workarounds, changes, and incident resolutions; maintain knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across application operations and incident management.
