Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting a Regional Account Manager to lead a Nordic portfolio across Finland, Denmark and Norway from the client site in Jorvas, Finland.

You will manage multiple locations, oversee tenant relationships for sub-leased space, and coordinate with CBRE’s GWO Delivery team to meet account priorities. You will drive financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead a cross-country Workplace Management team to deliver cohesive services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience in international environments.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding including P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-country Nordic portfolio (Finland, Denmark, Norway) with senior client exposure.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and align with GWO priorities.
• Drive supplier performance and promote a One Team culture across CBRE teams and partners.
• Translate local/regional requirements into initiatives to improve efficiency and portfolio performance.
• Review, prioritise and oversee local projects, delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage landlord relationships and lease administration for sub-leased properties.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE QHSE standards and develop the local Workplace Management team.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Regional Account Manager for one of our clients in the technology sector to join our team based at the client office in Jorvas, Finland.

The role involves managing multiple sites across Finland, Denmark and Norway, as well as overseeing tenant relationships for client office space that is sub-leased.

The Role

You will build strong client relationships at country level through a structured and consistent engagement model and act as the key point of contact for Global Workplace Operations (GWO) services and solutions.

You will represent the client internally to the GWO Delivery team, providing clear accountability, managing escalations and ensuring alignment between local, regional and account priorities.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• Accountable for the financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L management, budget control, forecasting and delivery of agreed profit targets, ensuring resources and operational delivery align with business objectives.

• Identify and drive commercial growth opportunities, including cross-selling and promotion of CBRE’s wider service offerings.

• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between local stakeholders and the Global Workplace Operations (GWO) organisation.

• Drive supplier performance and foster a One Team culture across CBRE teams, supplier partners and client stakeholders to deliver consistent and seamless services.

• Support workplace and real estate strategy, translating local and regional requirements into actionable initiatives that improve operational efficiency and portfolio performance.

• Review, prioritise and oversee local projects, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Manage landlord relationships and oversee lease administration for sub-leased properties, while supporting account-wide programmes and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure full compliance with CBRE Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards, while leading and developing the local Workplace Management team.

About You

You will bring strong experience in Account Management, Facilities Management, Workplace Management, Corporate Real Estate or a similar leadership role, ideally within an international environment.

You have strong commercial and financial understanding, including experience with P&L, budgeting and forecasting, combined with excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

You are a collaborative and confident leader, comfortable working across different countries, teams and functions. Experience managing complex service delivery across multiple locations is highly valued, together with strong communication skills in English.
