Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across Finland, Denmark and Norway, based at the client office in Jorvas, Finland.

The role focuses on building strong country-level client relationships, delivering CBRE Global Workplace Operations services, and coordinating with the GWO Delivery team to align priorities and drive commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Facilities Management, Workplace Management or Corporate Real Estate in a leadership role.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing complex service delivery across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L management and budget control.
• Identify and drive commercial growth opportunities, including cross-selling and CBRE services.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and liaise between local, regional and account priorities.
• Drive supplier performance and foster a One Team culture across CBRE teams and partners.
• Support workplace and real estate strategy, translating requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Review and oversee local projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and quality.
• Manage landlord relationships and lease administration for sub-leased properties.
• Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards and develop the local Workplace Management team.
