Job summary

Dustin Finland Oy is seeking a Commercial Product Manager for Networking & Security to own the regional strategy and translate vendor roadmaps into a market-led plan across multiple countries. You will drive commercial outcomes, top-line growth, and pipeline acceleration while working with Sales and Vendor Management to strengthen partner enablement.

The role requires strong expertise in data center networking, security technologies, and a deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems including

Qualifications

• Experience with data center networking and security strategy in enterprise or infrastructure environments.
• Experience translating global vendor strategies into regional go-to-market execution plans.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, OEMs, partners, and IT distributors.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies (e.g., SASE, Zero Trust, high-speed fabrics).
• Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and high-performance infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize regional strategy by translating vendor roadmaps into clear priorities, value propositions, and actionable networking and security initiatives.
• Drive commercial performance by steering go-to-market execution, tracking KPIs, accelerating pipeline growth, and leading competitive displacement efforts.
• Enable vendors and ecosystem partnerships by collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to strengthen enablement, funded programs, and long-term platform adoption.
