Job summary

Teleste is seeking a Quality Manager in Tampere or Forssa, Finland, to drive project quality and continuous improvement. You will work at the intersection of projects, customers, engineering, and operations, guiding quality activities and customer-facing discussions.

You’ll team with project management, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and service to navigate quality requirements, resolve issues, and negotiate practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering, project quality, or industrial operations.
• Understanding of FAI/iFAI, NCR processes, and systematic problem-solving methods.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and build trust among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive project quality activities, including quality plans and FAI/iFAI.
• Support customer discussions, quality reviews, and quality-related negotiations
• Lead non-conformance management and corrective actions
• Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor quality performance, risks, and improvement actions

Together with our R&D, Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service teams, we ensure customer satisfaction and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions throughout the product and project lifecycle.

We're looking for a Quality Manager (Tampere or Forssa, Finland) who enjoys working at the intersection of projects, customers, engineering, and operations. In this role, you'll drive project quality, support continuous improvement, and play a key role in customer-facing quality discussions.

You’ll work closely with project teams and customers, helping navigate quality requirements, resolve issues, and negotiate practical solutions when challenges arise. Success in this role requires both technical understanding and the ability to communicate clearly, influence decisions, and build trust across different stakeholders.
