Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking a Quality Manager to support a Data Centre project in Vaasa, Finland. The role is permanent and starts as soon as possible.

You will lead quality audits, ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System, and oversee subcontractor quality plans on-site. A BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 5+ years in similar construction roles are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role within a construction environment (commercial/industrial/data centre).
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are carried out and managed per the Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements.
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify quality control implementation.
• Ensure on-site understanding and maintenance of the company’s quality policies.
• Generate project-specific quality plans as required.
• Ensure subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective and aligned with company policies.

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Quality Manager to support one of our client on a Data Centre project located in Vaasa, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure all works are carried out and managed in accordance with the Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements
• Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
• Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
• Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements
• Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software
• Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling
• Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes
