Job summary

Enento Group is seeking a Quality Management Lead to develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and strengthen process governance. You will drive continuous improvement across the organization, ensuring measurable, effective, and consistently followed working methods.

You will collaborate with business leaders across countries to align processes, manage audits, and support standardized, data-driven performance management.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in quality management, process development, operational excellence, governance, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), process frameworks, auditing, risk management, and performance measurement is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of process management methodologies and quality standards, preferably including ISO 9001.
  • Experience driving cross-functional development initiatives across multiple countries, functions, or business units.

  • Own, develop, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), including coordination of internal and external audits and ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Define and maintain the organization's process governance framework, including ownership principles, performance measurement, risk management, and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive continuous productivity and efficiency by identifying process improvements, facilitating root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and standardization.

What will you do?

As a member of the Commercial Excellence function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), strengthening process governance across the organization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will work closely with business leaders and process owners across the organization to ensure that our ways of working are defined, measurable, effective, and consistently followed.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Own, develop, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), including coordination of internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Own, define and maintain the organization's process governance framework, including process ownership principles, performance measurement, risk management, and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive continuous increased productivity and efficiency initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities, facilitating root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and supporting standardization, simplification, and automation of key business processes.
Who are you?

To be successful in the role as Quality Management Lead, we believe that you have several years of experience in quality management, process development, operational excellence, governance, or continuous improvement. Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), process frameworks, auditing, risk management, and performance measurement is highly valued.

You have solid knowledge of process management methodologies and quality standards, preferably including ISO 9001. Experience in driving cross-functional development initiatives across multiple countries, functions, or business units is considered an advantage.
