Job summary

GagaMuller in Kouvola, Finland, seeks an experienced Quality Lead to govern project quality management for a 100 MW Phase 2 Data Centre development. You will lead a multidisciplinary PMC team, align with client standards, train teams, and drive consistency across the project lifecycle.

You will shape best practice quality processes, collaborate with client and internal teams, and mentor others to embed a strong quality culture across mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• NFQ Level 7 (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and project management with multi-stakeholder experience.
• Proficiency in QA/QC inspection, ITP management, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) aligned with client and PMC governance.
• Establish the Quality Management System (QMS) with procedures, templates, and reporting structures.
• Review and audit contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, and benchmarking docs; oversee site quality performance.
