Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our project team in Helsinki, Finland.

This senior, site-based role will drive the quality strategy, ensure compliance with project specifications, and lead the QA/QC team to deliver works to the highest standards. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP installations.
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirable.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works
• Manage and mentor QA/QC Engineers on site
• Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation
• Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions
• Liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to required standards
• Support audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our project team in Helsinki, Finland. This role will be responsible for ensuring all Mechanical works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
