Job summary

Mercell Holding AS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide Finnish public sector customers in adopting Mercell solutions and maximizing value. You will manage renewals, build trusted relationships and spot growth opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Product and Support teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS CS or account management, experience with public procurement, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management or similar SaaS role.
Experience with public sector or public procurement is a plus.
Proficient in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
Experience with CRM/CS tools, HubSpot is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Act as main contact throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
Drive product adoption and ensure desired outcomes with Mercell solutions.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer value, mitigate risks and enable growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and other teams for seamless customer experience.
Represent Voice of the Customer to influence product and service enhancements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Finnish customers.
