Contineo Oy is expanding its team and seeks a growth-oriented PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICE SUPERVISOR to lead the operational planning of property maintenance at client sites. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the customer interface with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

We are strengthening our unit and are now seeking a growth-oriented and innovative PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICE SUPERVISOR for our team. The supervisor is responsible, together with colleagues, for the operational planning of property maintenance at our client sites and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements include experience in supervisory roles and successful management of customer relationships, along with professional competence in the property services field. You must have a driving license, and we require a safety card and hot-work card; training will be arranged if needed.

Your working style is customer-oriented and problem-solving in nature. You thrive in changing situations and your communication, negotiation and collaboration skills are strengths. You are a motivating and inspiring supervisor for your team and enjoy a responsible and independent role at the customer interface.
