Amiko Vantaa Oy is seeking a works-based supervisor to oversee industrial operations across sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring schedules are met, and participate in high-pressure cleaning and suction truck operations.

The role is physically demanding and requires a proactive, fit individual. Working hours typically 07:00–15:30 with some shift flexibility due to task variation.

Job description

We are seeking a works-based supervisor for our client in the capital region. You are a responsible, practical doer with prior experience in industrial supervision roles and the ability to coordinate daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising work across diverse industrial sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area, organizing day-to-day work, and ensuring schedules are met. In addition to supervisory duties, you will participate in high-pressure cleaning and operation of suction trucks. The job is physically demanding, so good physical condition and a proactive approach are required.

Working hours are generally 07:00–15:30, with flexibility in shifts due to varying tasks.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, pay based on the Facilities Services collective agreement, varied tasks, supervisory responsibility, and occupational health services.

Entry pay negotiable based on experience, approximately €2500–€3000 per month.

Requirements include a C-driver's license, digital tachograph, valid professional qualifications, high work ethic, readiness for physical work and good general fitness, organizational skills, work safety card, and prior relevant experience.
