Job summary

Voimatel Oy in Raisio seeks a Project Manager for a permanent role covering the Varsinais-Suomi region. You will oversee operational management of assigned customer accounts, plan and coordinate related tasks, and ensure safety, wellbeing and quality requirements are met.

You will act as a line manager to ensure efficient work according to Voimatel’s methods. The position involves leading network construction projects, coordinating design to deployment, and reporting key figures to the Local

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in operator activities within a network of leadership.
• Experience in leading network construction projects (technical, construction or service).
• Ability to manage work orders from design to deployment.
• Strong financial acumen: monitor, analyse and report key figures, and ensure costs and invoicing accuracy.
• Experience in customer interface management and steering group work.
• Experience in managing subcontracting and onboarding and using the worksite register.
• Commitment to achieving safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; report convincingly to customers and leadership.
• Goal-oriented, systematic and willingness to continuously develop business.

You will act as a line manager and ensure that tasks are performed efficiently in accordance with Voimatel’s operating methods and processes. The role reports to the Local Manager.
