Job summary

Voimatel Oy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project office in coordinating and documenting projects and addressing field challenges in collaboration with partners.

The successful candidate will be familiar with field operations, adapt quickly to customers' practices, and travel to project sites across Lahti, Salo, Tampere or Vantaa. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in documentation and project management.
• Excellent Finnish (spoken and written) is required; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and hold a valid B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document project work and field activities.
• Collaborate with subcontracting teams and Network Designers to address field challenges.
• Monitor projects, manage schedules, and ensure cost-efficient customer-oriented handling of agreements.

Job description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our project office to coordinate and document projects and to address field challenges in collaboration with our partners. The role requires deep familiarity with the Keycom system, quick adoption of customers' operating practices, and knowledge of networks, with a fast-learning and adaptable mindset. You will work closely with subcontracting teams, other Voimatel Project Coordinators and Network Designers. Your main duties are project monitoring/management and documentation in the field and cost-efficient, customer-oriented handling of project agreements in line with customer requirements and schedules.

The entry point for work can be in Lahti, Salo, Tampere or Vantaa.

We expect

• relevant field training (e.g., telecommunications, electrical or building technology AMK studies) or equivalent experience
• several years of experience in documentation and project management roles
