Job summary

Bilfinger Finland Oy is seeking a sales-oriented regional manager for electrical and instrumentation services to Western Finland. The position can be based in Rauma, Harjavalta or Vaasa, and involves leading and developing the Western Finland business within an international group.

You will drive regional development, manage client relationships, and ensure financial performance while coordinating staffing, budgeting, and safety compliance. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in service or project business within an industrial setting.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Strong financial steering and budgeting skills.
• Experience in budgeting and bid calculations.
• Sales-oriented attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Technical educational background.
• Willingness to travel within Western Finland and abroad as needed.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish a plus).
