Job summary

Target Headhunting Oy is seeking an on-site supervisor for projects mainly in Satakunta and Varsinais-Suomi. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, authorities, subcontractors and our staff to ensure quality, compliance and workers' safety on site.

The role covers leadership of basic renovation projects, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, change orders, invoicing and collaboration with the client and project supervisor.

Job description

We are seeking a site supervisor for a client operating mainly in Satakunta and Varsinais-Suomi. As the on-site supervisor you will work closely with clients, suppliers, authorities, subcontractors and your own company staff. You are responsible for the quality of the work performed, compliance with regulations and the safety of workers on site.

Main duties include:

• overall management of basic renovation projects
• procurement and ordering of construction materials
• scheduling and monitoring of sites
• cost and budget tracking of projects
• calculation of extra and change orders
• review and approval of project invoices
• cooperation with the client and project supervisor

We expect experience from:

• basic renovation targets and their management

The client offers an independent role with influence on work orders.

Monthly salary according to your skills and experience (4,000 - 5,500 € / month);
