Job summary

Dentsu Creative Finland, based in Helsinki, seeks a hands-on Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing campaigns across social, video, production, events, and integrated work. You will coordinate with creative, strategy, and client teams, supporting resourcing and invoicing, and keeping deadlines and priorities on track in a fast-moving agency.

• Agency background and understanding of how creative agency work runs.
• Experience in project management, account coordination, or another operational delivery role.
• Hands-on experience with social media and an understanding of how social campaigns are built and delivered.
• Experience in video production, content production, influencer cooperation, integrated campaigns.
• Brand experience and event production experience is considered a strong plus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Finnish and English language skills are required.

Make an impact

As Project Manager, you will play a hands‑on role within dentsu Creative. You will be part of the project management team and support the day‑to‑day delivery of creative and marketing communication projects. This role is for someone who enjoys operational delivery, campaign coordination, and production-led work, and who wants to work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to keep projects on track.
