Job summary

Dentsu Creative Finland, based in Helsinki, seeks a hands-on Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing campaigns across social, video, production, events, and integrated work. You will coordinate with creative, strategy, and client teams, supporting resourcing and invoicing, and keeping deadlines and priorities on track in a fast-moving agency.

Qualifications

• Agency background and understanding of how creative agency work runs.
• Experience in project management, account coordination, or another operational delivery role.
• Hands-on experience with social media and an understanding of how social campaigns are built and delivered.
• Experience in video production, content production, influencer cooperation, integrated campaigns.
• Brand experience and event production experience is considered a strong plus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Finnish and English language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing communication projects.
• Help plan and coordinate campaigns, social media projects, content and video production, branding, brand experience & events.
• Work hands-on across campaign planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving.
• Support resourcing, invoicing, and project profitability.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Contribute to a positive, structured, and efficient way of working in a fast-moving agency environment.
