Job summary

Dentsu Finland is looking for an experienced Senior Media Specialist in Paid Search with a consultative mindset. You will lead major client accounts, set strategies, translate insights into actionable recommendations, delegate tasks, and monitor deadlines.

You will also train junior specialists, support pitches, and contribute to improving the team’s processes and services while collaborating with client teams and internal experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Paid Search
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Excellent Finnish and English communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive paid search strategies across markets
• Set objectives and KPIs and monitor results
• Prepare proposals and support pitches for clients
• Train junior specialists and share knowledge
• Guide implementation of optimizations and oversee junior team members
• Analyze results and adjust strategies based on data

Job Description: Senior Media Specialist (Paid Search Competence Lead) Job Description: The Search team at dentsu Finland is looking for an experienced Senior Media Specialist in Paid Search with a consultative mindset. Join a leading, dynamic agency to work with major global and local brands, tackle complex client challenges, and develop effective Search strategies and execution. You’ll lead major client accounts and improve their paid visibility by setting strategy, translating insights into clear recommendations, delegating tasks, and monitoring deadlines. Drawing on your expertise across Paid Search, you’ll also support pitches, train junior specialists through knowledge and case sharing, and help improve the team’s ways of working and innovate our products and services.

What will you do?

• Develop comprehensive (multi-market) Paid Search strategies
• Set objectives and KPIs
• Monitor results and achieve targets
• Identify needs and optimization opportunities for clients
• Prepare proposals and support pitches
• Prepare and deliver client presentations
• Guide the implementation of optimizations
• Delegate tasks and supervise more junior team members
• Measure and analyze results based on proposed activities
• Assist with internal innovative projects and products
• Share knowledge internally and externally

Platforms and tools

• Google Ads: Hands-on experience planning, setting up, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
• Microsoft Advertising / Bing: Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
• OpenAI / ChatGPT advertising: Interest in developing expertise in this area and exploring its relevance to clients’ search strategies.
• Apple Search Ads: Experience planning, managing, and optimizing app advertising campaigns.
• Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization: Understanding product data management, feed quality, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Integrating Google Ads AI with Claude and/or Other AI Platforms

We are a Search team of 7 Search Specialists and part of Media Specialist Team of 35 people. We celebrate our successes together but also share our challenges.
