Recordly is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies. You will remove blockers, manage scope and budgets, and align stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery on time.

Qualifications

As a Project Delivery Lead at Recordly, you will own the entire delivery system, not just track tasks. You will bridge the gap between strategic business goals and technical execution. Your primary mission is to remove team blockers, manage budgets, keep stakeholders happy, and ensure high-quality project delivery on time.

NOW TO THE ROLE ITSELF

As a Project Delivery Lead at Recordly, you will:

• Lead project delivery by owning the end-to-end execution of complex customer projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Remove blockers by shielding the team from distractions and proactively resolving workflow bottlenecks.
• Manage scope and budgets by guarding against scope creep and carefully tracking project financials and resources.
• Align stakeholders by acting as the primary bridge between technical teams, business leadership, and customers.
• Mitigate risks by identifying, assessing, and resolving issues before they impact project outcomes.
• Continuously improve delivery by enhancing ways of working, communication, and delivery processes & tools.

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or leading delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• A calm and structured approach to managing shifting priorities and responding to unexpected challenges.
• A "see it, fix it" mentality: proactively identifying issues, taking ownership, and driving them to resolution.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications are a plus.

Language requirements:

In addition to English, we require fluent written and spoken Finnish skills, as a significant part of our customer work is conducted in Finnish.

Location:

This role is based in Helsinki, Finland. Currently, we cannot provide relocation support.
