Recordly is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies. You will remove blockers, manage scope and budgets, and align stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery on time.

Based in Helsinki, Finland, the role requires fluent English and Finnish, 5+ years of project leadership, and strong PM tool experience. We offer a competitive salary and a flexible benefits package supporting your growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured, calm approach to shifting priorities and challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PM certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Remove blockers by shielding the team from distractions and resolving bottlenecks.
• Manage scope and budgets by guarding against scope creep and tracking resources.
• Align stakeholders by bridging technical teams, business leadership, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
