Elisa’s Creative Studio in Helsinki is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep creative projects on track from brief to delivery. You will coordinate timelines, meetings and approvals, ensuring on-time, within-scope results while supporting a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with omnichannel marketing production. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential for effective stakeholder collaboration.

About the role

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping creative projects on track from brief to delivery. Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, they coordinate timelines, resources, meetings and approvals to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and within scope. Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines, schedules and workflows.
• Track deadlines, deliverables and overall project progress.
• Organise meetings, briefs, reviews and approvals.
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and budgets.
• Identify risks and help resolve project bottlenecks.
• Support the Creative Studio team in delivering high-quality work efficiently.

What do we expect from you?

These things enable you to succeed and thrive in this role:

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, account management, production, or studio operations, gained in a creative agency, in-house creative team, marketing department, or production environment.
• Project coordination experience overseeing omnichannel production for marketing and brand campaigns, including digital (social media, video/animation, display and dynamic banners, etc.) and print assets (print ads, POS materials, outdoor, etc.).
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Workfront, or similar).
