Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is seeking an experienced Product Lead to own Titan as a product and establish the Titan-level roadmap. You’ll shepherd the in-house engine and tooling team, translating game development ambitions into a coherent multi‑year strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Titan, you’ll lead a new product function from the ground up, aligning cross‑team priorities and driving adoption across studios.

• Experience building and shaping a product function, not just contributing to one.

Responsibilities

• Define Titan’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own Titan-level roadmap and ensure alignment with game and partner needs.
• Productize Titan’s capabilities with clear adoption paths and documentation.
• Define success metrics and measure Titan’s impact across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and product teams to shape prioritization.
• Communicate Titan’s strategy across the organization and external partners.
