Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is seeking an experienced Product Lead to own Titan, our proprietary game engine and the ~70-person Titan team. You will define Titan's vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating game development ambitions into a coherent multi-year direction and building the product function largely from scratch.

You will report to the Head of Titan and work with engineering and game leads to ensure a unified, product-led approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management background with a track record of owning strategy and roadmaps for complex platforms.
• Experience building or shaping a product function, not just contributing to one.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structure and deliver outcomes with influence.

Responsibilities

• Own Titan as a product: define vision, strategy, and a Titan-level roadmap.
• Translate game development ambitions into a coherent multi-year direction for Titan.
• Productize Titan’s capabilities with clear adoption paths and documentation.
• Define success metrics and use them to sharpen strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate with game and engine teams, coach teams to think like product teams.
