Job summary

Advian seeks a Product Lead for GRIDLYTICS® to own the product direction and roadmap, turning customer, project and market insights into clear priorities for development. You will balance immediate customer needs with building scalable products for longer-term growth.

You will work closely with electricity distribution companies, combining domain knowledge with commercial thinking to drive priorities and take GRIDLYTICS® to international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership or product management.

• Strong understanding of electricity networks and related operations.
• Knowledge of the energy sector, including regulation and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the GRIDLYTICS product roadmap.

• Collaborate with customers, developers and data specialists.

Are you ready to take real ownership of Smart Grid products - and shape what they become as we scale internationally?

At Advian, we are looking for a Product Lead for GRIDLYTICS® to take ownership of the direction and development of our Smart Grid products.

This is not a fine-tuning role. GRIDLYTICS® is entering an exciting phase of growth and product development, giving you a real opportunity to influence what we build, which customer problems we solve and how we turn them into scalable products.

You will work closely with electricity distribution companies, combining your understanding of electricity networks with customer insight and commercial thinking to drive product priorities and roadmap. As GRIDLYTICS® grows, you will play a key role in taking our products to international markets.

THE ROLE

As Product Lead, you will own the GRIDLYTICS® product direction and roadmap, turning customer, project and market insights into clear priorities for development. You will balance immediate customer needs with building scalable products for the longer term.

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning and prioritizing the product roadmap
• Identifying and validating customer needs and product opportunities
• Translating electricity distribution network domain needs into development priorities
• Working closely with customers, developers, data specialists and other experts
• Supporting sales, customer meetings and product presentations
• Keeping sales, marketing and development aligned on product direction and priorities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We would fit each other perfectly if you have:

• Experience in product ownership, product management or a similar role
• Experience in gathering and prioritising requirements, combined with strong commercial thinking
• Strong understanding of electricity networks, including their technical aspects, operations, maintenance and planning
• Understanding of the energy sector, including flexibility, security of supply and the regulatory environment
• Good customer-facing skills and experience in pre-sales and customer relationship management
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to make progress in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Fluent English

It is considered a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Finnish or German is considered an advantage
• Understanding of data and analytics
• A software development background or other strong technical understanding
